What happens to the meeting summary after the meeting?
At most firms, the honest answer is: someone copy-pastes fragments into the CRM, or nothing. Generic notetakers (Granola, Fireflies, Otter and the like) produce good summaries — and leave the last mile to the banker, which is exactly the step nobody does. The Arvya Notetaker closes the loop: the call becomes structured changes — relationship status, deal interest, pass reasons, next steps, specific CRM fields — each staged with its supporting quote for your approval, then written to the CRM with a receipt.
How it works
Captures the call
Joins Teams and Zoom meetings visibly. For calls it didn't join, forward an email or paste your notes — same loop.
Extracts what changed
Not just a summary: deal interest, pass reasons, status changes, next actions, and the exact CRM fields they touch — each with the verbatim quote behind it.
You approve, it writes, it proves
Each proposed update shows the record, old value, new value, and source. After approval, Arvya writes to DealCloud or Salesforce and reads the record back as a receipt.
The CRM updates itself — with your sign-off
No post-call data entry. The update is a byproduct of the call, not a second job after it.
Evidence on every field
Every proposed change carries the quote and moment it came from, so review takes seconds, not re-listening.
Receipts, not promises
After every approved write, Arvya reads the CRM record back and links it — you can see the update actually landed.
Feeds the next meeting
What you approve becomes part of the relationship memory, so the next pre-call brief already knows what happened on this one.
How is the Arvya Notetaker different from Granola, Fireflies, or Otter?
Those tools stop at the summary; a banker still has to re-type outcomes into DealCloud or Salesforce, and mostly nobody does. Arvya turns the transcript into field-level CRM updates with evidence, routes them for approval, writes the approved ones, and verifies each write with a readback receipt. It also prepares a sourced brief before the call — generic notetakers don't.
Which CRMs can the Notetaker update?
DealCloud and Salesforce are live integrations today. Other systems of record are configured per deployment. Nothing is written anywhere without human approval.
What about calls the Notetaker didn't join — phone calls or in-person meetings?
Forward the follow-up email, paste your notes, or dictate a quick summary. Arvya runs the same extraction-and-approval loop on whatever record of the conversation exists.
Is the audio stored?
No. Text only — transcripts stay inside your Azure tenant, are never used to train models, and the Notetaker is always visible as a participant on the call.
