What the website collects
If you submit the firm configurator or contact Arvya, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, work email, firm, role, current software stack, selected workflow problems, and optional notes. The website may also retain limited campaign and referral information so we can understand how you found Arvya.
Why we use it
We use submitted information to prepare and respond to your request, tailor a product conversation to your firm, operate and secure the website, and understand which content is useful. We do not use website form submissions to train customer-facing AI models.
Who receives it
Submitted configurations are sent to Arvya's founding team through the delivery services configured for the website. Those services may include email, Slack, scheduling, hosting, analytics, and an approved lead-routing webhook. We do not sell the information you submit.
How long we keep it
We keep submitted information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship, meet legal obligations, and maintain security records. You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and security requirements.
