No. Arvya has its own Notetaker, but third-party notetakers are connected per deployment. Either way, the transcript feeds the same deal memory and the same structured, evidence backed updates.
Does Arvya work with in-person meetings?
The Arvya Notetaker captures Teams and Zoom calls. For in-person meetings or phone calls, paste a transcript or forward your notes and Arvya structures them the same way.
Can I review notes before they're shared?
Yes. Notes are drafts by default. You approve, edit, or discard before anything is shared or written anywhere.
How are transcripts handled?
Transcript access, retention, and processing boundaries are confirmed during deployment. Customer data is not used to train foundation models, and generated notes remain reviewable before they are shared or written.
