What is a Company Brain?

A Company Brain is firm-wide deal memory: every Deal Brain the firm builds, connected together, so cross-deal knowledge is queryable and every fact keeps its source. One deal knows what another deal learned about the same buyer, sponsor, or sector. Per-deal Deal Brains are live today; the Company Brain is the direction Arvya is building toward now. Call us to see where it stands.

A Deal Brain solves memory for one transaction: a single sourced record of everything happening on that deal. But firms run many deals, and the most valuable knowledge sits between them. Which sponsors actually close, why a buyer passed last time, what a process in the same sector taught the team two years ago.

Connecting Deal Brains into a Company Brain means that knowledge stops living in whoever happened to run the last process. A banker preparing a buyer list can see every prior interaction the firm has had with each name, with the source and date attached, regardless of which deal or which colleague it came from.

The sourcing discipline is what makes this safe at firm scale. Cross-deal answers are only trustworthy if every fact still carries where it came from and how fresh it is, so a stale claim from an old process cannot masquerade as current truth.
